Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.
Gentle yoga course taught in person with British Wheel of Yoga teacher Tamsin Kelly. This class is perfect for someone who is new to yoga or enjoys a slower paced class. The poses can be adapted for people recovering from an injury or who have a limitation.
This low intensity workout is suitable for everyone and will help to improve your general fitness. Particuarly suitable for individuals searching for a low impact workout or individuals new to exercising. 14+
