This 90 minute class will usually follow a theme from classical yoga texts or the season we are in. We often work towards a peak posture and modifications are offered for all. There is no expectation that everyone can do everything that is offered. In all of my classes you are encouraged to listen to your body, find your own practice and not to be in "competition" with others. We’re delighted to continue our initiative promoting accessibility and inclusion in sport through Visually Impaired Tennis. This project is run by the Queen’s Club Foundation in partnership with Middlesex Tennis as part of the Inclusive Hotspots Project.
