Join us for a vibrant and energizing fitness session tailored for mature adults looking to stay active and healthy. Experience a mix of gentle exercises and fun activities to keep you fit for life at Tooting Baptist Church!
Depending on preference and fitness level, this flexible walk is for those who would normally book on to our ‘well-being extra’ walk (up to 75 minutes), or for those who might normally book on to our longer, quicker ‘easy adventure’ walk (up to 90 minutes). The walk is also a great starter walk for those who have recently completed their training.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.

A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
