A recovery and rehabilitation exercise class for sports injuries, health conditions or relaxation. This class benefits from the low impact, supported movements that the pool has to offer. 

Interested parties should initially contact the above. They will then be invited along on a Tuesday evening to see the club and to be introduced to the sport of prone target rifle shooting. The Scottish Paraclimbing Club is run by its members and volunteers, and provides a chance for beginners to learn climbing, or for existing climbers to climb and socialise with others. The club meets every Thursday evening at 7pm at EICA. We run a come and try session for new prospective members (pre-booking is required).

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
