Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels. 16+
A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
Join us for a weekly guided walk and talk in the local area. It’s your chance to catch up with old friends, or meet new people while enjoying the benefits of gentle exercise. Plus join us at the café after the walk for a light refreshment.
