A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
Flexible friendly fitness class designed for the active retired to keep you moving while working on your posture, balance and core strength. Low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. I always do some work on the floor as well as using weights, resistance bands and other apparatus at various times. Playtimes aims for a relaxing, easy going social atmosphere. This class is great for physical and early speech and language development and builds big confidence! In-Person: Chair Yoga class with Sarah. Enjoy gentle stretches and movement using body and breath. There is always plenty you can do with the right starting point in this inclusive and adaptive class. Some standing poses may be included for those who want to try. If you have time, stay for a free cuppa and a chat after.
Diverse Dance Mix exercise class designed by Dame Darcy Bussell. Have fun learning new moves, such as Disco. Tango, Bollywood and American Jazz. Suitable for all abilities!
