This team provides a regular football training opportunity for disabled people. Sessions take place throughout the year. The team is part of a club that may cater for a wide range of different impairment and abilities. Rotate through various exercises at designated stations with instructor motivation.

Involves quick bursts of exercises designed to challenge you to your personal maximum potential.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
