Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. Walks are led on three days in Leighton Buzzard. This is a fun and lively chair based Exercise class for Older Adults. Incorporating standing and seated exercises to help improve Stamina, Strength, Balance and Flexibility.
