Keep Fit With Cake is a gentle exercise and dance class suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. The whole session is seat based. The exercise session is followed by a social with refreshments and cake.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. A fun and engaging bowls session adapted to be inclusive for all. Led by a fully qualified coach with all equipment provided. Wear suitable clothing and clean flat (no ridges) footwear.
