PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Saturday Wheels is our cycling group for people with a Learning Disability and / or who are Neurodivergent. We meet every Saturday 2.30 - 3.30 at Wyke Community Sports Village.
Simply enjoy sociable Nordic walking in stunning locations with a mixed ability group. Lead by Norah Eastick. This walk makes the most of our beautiful country and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors.
