Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.

Recreational Walking Football for fun, to benefit physical, mental and social health. Sessions are 60 minutes and consist of warm ups, ball skills and games. All ages and abilities welcome. We play on a 4G Astroturf pitch.⚽️
A mixed ability class welcoming to all. Incorporating stretch and yoga postures, relaxation and breathing. Taking place in a clean, comfortable hall, with ample FREE parking. Suitable for all levels, if you are trying for the first time or returning after a break. Also suitable for the more experienced or if you want to improve your postures. Walks for Wellbeing offer supported , guided walks that are accessible to all. They offer an opportunity to get out in nature , meet and chat with new people , whilst getting some gentle exercise. . The walk starts at shopping area near post box at 10am and we have various routes in green spaces . All our walks are FREE and last for around 60 mins to 75 mins
