Positive Movement (PM) is an award-winning gentle exercise approach developed by The Sadie Centre which combines techniques drawn from Adaptive Yoga with the principles and methods of the Alexander Technique and Mindfulness. First Step walk for absolute beginners. 20 to 30 minutes at a gentle pace. Flat terrain with plenty of rest stops. Toilets are available in the hospital. Join Social Prescribers and others for a cuppa afterwards in the café. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
