For season 23/24, Hereford Lads Club will be fielding some 27 teams covering both Junior Boys and Girls, disability and adult football. The pan disability adult and U18 teams welcome new recruits! If you're interested, please get in touch.

Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability.
