Bored of doing the same old stuff with the family? Why not give our family session a try, all young people must be accompanied by a parent/career and all adults must be accompanied by a Young Person. The minimum age is 8 years. Tandem craft are used with family members either in canoe or double kayak. We use the River Lea to explore and learn new skills as we paddle along. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Trampoline Coaching. Everyone is welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.

Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.

We are a community archery club who cater for all levels of archer. Our AGB qualified coaches can coach to competition level, and we run regular weekly club sessions. Looking to try archery? - we run monthly taster sessions where you can come and try it for yourselves. The coaches will teach you basic tedhnique whilst you enjoy an hour's shooting with us.

We are a Club offering badminton for players with a disability/impairment. We believe badminton is for everyone, not just a few. We offer para-badminton and coaching in an inclusive, friendly, social environment.
