Men's Walking Football for those aged 40+
Our Walking Football sessions are aimed at over-50s or those with limiting health conditions that do not allow them to play the full game of football. Walking football is a brilliant way to stay fit and have fun, without the full impact and injury risk of full-speed football. Our coaches can teach you the game and will ensure everyone gets the most from each session.
First 4 Sessions are free! Are you looking for a new sport, to learn new skills and to make new friends?Are you interested in having a go at wheelchair rugby or know someone who would benefit from playing an exciting team sport, please get in touch or pop along to a training session. Male and female, new and old players welcome. No previous experience required. Rugby Wheelchairs provided.

The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist availabe if required.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
