Improve your health and well-being by taking part in our Tai-Chi for Health Programme. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
This is a session for people with disabilities, mainly aimed at children, but some adults do attend. The sessions provide sensory sound and interactive light systems which helps a number of people with disabilities to relax and provides a calming effect.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Creative dance workshop. These workshops are being delivered as part of BEEE Creative’s Improvising Generations project. The workshops aim to connect with people across Hertfordshire, to come together to socialise with others, exercise and create dance in their local setting. This workshop will be led by dancer Carrie Washington and drummer Graham Jolly. The session will explore storytelling through sound/drumming and movement. Photography: Cheniece Warner
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
