Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere. A bookable, calm, quiet pool time to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for swimmers with a disability and their supporters.
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

COB is a Bristol based aquatics club with a dedicated para swimming squad. Ranging from swimming 25m all the way through to national level. We run a weekly session on a Sunday between 5-6pm at Hengrove Park leisure centre.
