Wheelie Active Clubs give disabled children opportunities to develop physical literacy and movement skills for sport in a safe, progressive and inclusive programme of activity. Through physical activity the Wheelie Active Clubs aim to develop basic skills in balance, co-ordination, agility, wheelchair control, speed, catching and throwing. Suitable for children aged 4-12 years.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A unique, beginner level Ballet class for young people aged 11-18. Develop ballet technique in a creative and collaborative environment. This class will focus on improving potential in technical precision, musicality, individual artistry and style.
These walks are a chance to use your Nordic Walking skills in the stunning surroundings of the New Forest. This is a particularly beautiful walk with some great hills! There are proper tracks and also some great off piste tracks through the most beautiful scenery, which can get muddy!
Rhyl Raptors Wheelchair Sports Club is open to all and trains at Rhyl Leisure Centre on a Tuesday evening. We have three sessions that run for varying abilities.
