Dance classes for all ages, ranging from 1-3yrs Mini Movement classes to Adult Ballet & Tap classes. Our main timetable is for ages 3-18, providing classes in ballet, modern, tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz and Musical Theatre. Our classes are inclusive, and are always flexible to individual needs, so always come and talk to us!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Who can JoinOur Zumba session is open to individuals of all genders aged 13 and above (ages 13-17 with guardian). We welcome participants with various additional support needs, including hearing impairment, learning impairment, visual impairment, and mental health issues. Powerchair football is fast, fun sport primarily for people with physical disabilities. It is an alternative to running football and is played in electric wheelchairs. Participants play 4 v 4 and the aim of the game is to score goals by hitting the football with the bumper attached to your chair.
