Overview
Nice steady Run/Walk for all abilities The Running group no more than 5k Walker nor more than 1.5-2 miles both groups are lead doesn't matter about pace its just about putting one foot in front of the other and enjoying getting some frsh air and excercise and enjoying the social element of meeting new people it will be good if you can make Remember nobody gets left behind and if its you first time the hardest part is putting your trainers on then one foot will follow the other thankyou #fridaynightrunners Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. Please check with the Run Leader(s) directly before attending any runs with under 8s. Qualified Run Leaders are insured to lead training sessions with runners using running buggies, however, please check with your Run Leader directly if you are able to attend with a buggy and that the route is suitable for running with a buggy. Only buggies designed for running may be used and they must be fitted with a five-point safety harness. You will be responsible for your child’s safety, so please be aware of the dangers of running with children in buggies.
