We are a free and friendly walking group for anyone who would love to get out and about, explore local green spaces and have a chat, in lovely company. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance. These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.
The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur.
