Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all – though aimed particularly at people who are presently doing little or no exercise – and usually last for about an hour. People are encouraged to walk at their own pace, safe in the knowledge that they are walking with trained leaders, one of whom will remain at the back of the group, with the slowest walkers. Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. This group is a friendly and positive bunch and welcome walkers from Wixams and beyond. They have 6 routes in and around Wixams which are all around 2 miles and suitable for all abilities. After the walk they pop into Seasons garden centre cafe for refreshments and a natter.
