Walking Football sessions for men. For those who still want to play football but at a slower pace. Please come and watch or give it a go. We are a friendly bunch and enjoy the game and going out every couple of months for a drink or dinner.
Breakthrou' dance Families: FREE dance workshops for wheelchair users with complex disabilities and their families. Fully accessible & inclusive, with changing place facilities and led by experienced dance facilitators. 3 separate sessions, running at the same time, under one roof! The sessions will be relaxed and in a safe environment where everyone can be themselves, make new friends, and try something different. No previous dance experience is required. 👉 Including FREE refreshments!

Walks for Wellbeing offer supported, guided walks that are accessible to all. They offer an opportunity to get out in nature, meet and chat with new people, whilst getting some gentle exercise. The walk starts at Chanterelle Car park Highwoods at 11am and we have various routes in green spaces. All our walks are FREE and last for around 60 mins to 75 mins.
Duration - 1 hour, walk grade 2.5. This walk is conducted at a gentle pace, with rest stops if required. Regular catch-up and re-grouping to allow people to walk ahead if required.  This class combines Nordic walking with strength and balance exercises. As well as improving your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength the focus on posture, balance and flexibility will alleviate physical stresses on your body. This is also an effective total body workout for those new or returning to ex...

The team will take part in the Sussex Disability Football League (SDFL) and in our second season were very proud to play in the Peoples FA Cup!!! Training takes place most Saturday’s 11:00am - 12:00pm indoors on the 3G pitches at the Arun Sports Arena, Rollaston Park, Ford Airfield, West Sussex, BN18 0HY, (located behind the Flying Fortress).
