A fun and entertaining session aimed at people of all ages looking to improve their mobility. Each session usually consists of a warm up, about 45 minutes in the gym with your own tailored personal program followed by games and socialising afterwards. Tea & Coffee included.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing. Techniques that focus on mind, body and sport help boost physical and mental wellbeing.

A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
