Autonomy FC is a disability football club that provides coaching to people aged 16 and over with a diagnosis of autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, or a learning disability. We hold monthly volunteer-led training sessions on Saturday mornings at Lythwood Sports Complex, Bayston Hill, near Shrewsbury. Players of all genders are welcome, and the activities are suitable for a range of abilities.
