DT Coaching is working alongside Active Cornwall to deliver fun, engaging group sessions, focused on building strength, agility, balance and coordination to enable participants to take confidence in their day-to-day lives. Activities will include seated exercises, low level progressive circuit training and exercises using our Virtual Reality headsets. The Live Longer Better sessions are aimed at those aged 55 and over and are free to attend.
Let's Go Southall CC is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
