Skate Club – Wednesdays, 5:30–6:30pm Join us for an action-packed hour of skating fun! Each week you’ll learn new skills, take part in exciting games, and build confidence on your skates. We have some skates available to use, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Everyone is welcome, come along and enjoy the ride!
A fun and challenging endurance running session which will cater for all abilities and experience. The aim is to develop running endurance and speed, whilst improving your fitness for your running and endurance goals.
A contemporary dance class for young people aged 11-13 Years (School years 7-8). This class will develop dancers’ understanding of technical principles. Dancers will develop their movement vocabulary, exploring articulation, alignment, direction and fluidity. We are open to all levels and experience.
A contemporary dance class for young people aged 8-11 years (school years 4-6). This class will introduce young people to Contemporary Dance techniques. Dancers will begin to explore coordination and control through floorwork, travelling, and jumping sequences. We are open to all levels and experience.
A contemporary dance class for young people aged 13-18 Years (School years 9-13). In this class, dancers will improve their technical skills. Developing their understanding of the use of weight, dynamics and breath to find fluidity and precision in movement. We are open to all levels and experience.
A SEND Specific session for people with additional needs and/or a disability. This session provides a diverse range of activities that encourage fun while learning new skills and improves health and wellbeing. You will be part of an environment where you can socialise and gain life experiences to support you in living your best life. Calling everyone, of any age, who want to get stronger, feel fitter and be happy whilst being active! This class will follow a circuit style, taking it in turns to move around a range of different exercises, suitable for beginners, for a total body experience.
