PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all – though aimed particularly at people who are presently doing little or no exercise – and usually last for about an hour. People are encouraged to walk at their own pace, safe in the knowledge that they are walking with trained leaders, one of whom will remain at the back of the group, with the slowest walkers. Beds RCC co-ordinates Wellbeing Walks walk programmes throughout Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough. Our walks are free, fun and friendly – perfect to help you get active and meet new people. If you’d like to take part all you have to do is come along to the start point and make yourself known to one of the trained walk leaders.
