A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. This is a 4 mile walk across easy terrain of tracks, paths and droves. There is a shorter circuit should anyone choose to opt for this on the day. By increasing the pace this walk could be an Intermediate walk or Gear 2 walk. Equally it would be suitable for Gear 1 walkers as it is flat and the ground condition is good.
