KLCF delivers sporting opportunities for children and adults with disabilities through its Saturday morning club. The club offers individuals with a range of learning and physical disabilities the chance to socialize and keep active through a safe and friendly football programme. Sessions are led by our caring and experienced FA qualified coaches, enabling players to learn and develop new skills with confidence.
Class takes place all year round. New to Nordic Walking? Learn the classic Nordic Walking technique, following the INWA 10 Step Method.
Zumba Fitness - A great way to have fun, burn calories and get fit! All welcome!
A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.

These runs will be arranged to accommodate all abilities. Runs are limited to 6 individuals including the leader in accordance with C-19 guidance, and Leaders and Coaches current approach to leading the sessions.
