A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Pre-registration is required before attending your first Good Boost session, please contact your local leisure facility.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Strength and balance exercises to music with chair support if needed
Doughnutting involves participants walking up a steep slope towing a doughnut and sliding down. This activity is great fun and exhausting! All participants must wear long sleeve tops, gloves, full length trousers and trainers when sliding down the slope.

From May, join this seated chair-based Zumba class for all fitness levels at Elmwood Centre. Great music and great moves!
