Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Flexible friendly fitness class designed for the active retired to keep you moving while working on your posture, balance and core strength. Low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. I always do some work on the floor as well as using weights, resistance bands and other apparatus at various times.
