Enjoy sociable Nordic Walking for Freedom Passport holders in a variety of locations with a mixed ability group. Lead by accredited instructors or leaders, these walks make the most of our beautiful countryside and are a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors, at the same time as improving your fitness and wellbeing. We'll walk for at least an hour, longer if your time allows. Poles provided. Wear outdoor activity footwear and clothes suitable for the weather.

We are based at the start of an 11 mile off road Cycle Path, stretching from us in Yatton, to Cheddar. We have a great range of bikes, regular bikes, handcycles, a veloplus wheelchar bike, trikes, adaptive tandems, E-bikes and more. We also have funding to enable people with disabilities and additional needs to access cycling. Our home is at Yatton Railway Station, so it is easy to access us via train from Temple Meads, Bristol. Resistance Bands is a gentle exercise strengthening your muscles using elasticated bands as resistance. The instructor tailors the session to your own strengths with optional degrees of difficulty.
We currently run a Children's Pan Disability football session on Sunday Mornings for anyone with additional needs, and are starting a new weekday session on Monday evenings from late September 2024. We also run Walking football sessions for over 50's and will be starting an over 70';s version this autumn.
