Our Tai Chi class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Get involved! Tag Rugby is a new exciting mixed gender non contact sport. Suitable to the wider community and very much social, inclusive and interactive. It's played as a team sport on usually 7 a-side pitch. We focus on the Gen X category, but all welcome especially those less eager to get involved and need some encouragement. Sessions are every now regularly Tues/Thursdays with Sundays almost 52 weeks of the year. NOTE: You must be registered to participate
