Our 'Circuits' Classes are Weekly hour long classes led by Keep Phytt trained instructors for with more challenging exercises including regular use of weights, mats and a rowing machine.
Our hugely popular Parent & Toddler sessions give parents the chance to have fun with their young children in a safe and stimulating gymnastic environment. Sessions are suitable for children aged six-months to six-years-old who would rather be accompanied by a parent or guardian to our centre. This Walk starts from Boxgrove Village Hall Car Park , goes through fields and a famous leafy country lane up to Halnaker Windmill. The Walk up to the Windmill is well known, for the beautiful arched leafy tree lined Country Path that leads up to it. The fields up to that point can be quite damp and uneven, so wear appropriate footwear. Open expansive views all the way round with the most stunning panoramic ones right at the top.
