All the keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability - perfect for seniors. Pay for nine and the tenth class is free!
Come and join us for a fun circuit style workout - without the shouting. In this class we will use a mixture of slam balls, dumbbells, barbells and more as we create a workout which will build strength and promote energy levels. This class is perfect whether you have a weight management goal, or want to get lean. Maybe you want to meet new people, and get in some exercise whilst doing it. Don't worry if you are new to exercise, as we have options for everybody. In our classes 'Everybody fits in....
A personalised aqua therapy class designed for individuals with muscle and joint problems, including arthritis, knee, hip, and back pain. For the first session, please arrive 30 minutes before the start time.
