PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. ParaciseTM is a low intensity and low impact exercise class, that is accessible and specifically designed for those with a wide range of health conditions. It offers an entry point for all those people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise.
Class designed for those that have had a fall, fearful of falling or those recovering from illness or surgery and want to regain strength balance and coordination, session designed in conjunction with Age UK
