Fitsteps CHAIR is a chair-based FitSteps dance class best suited to those with lower mobility, who still want to have fun and feel like they are dancing. A class that proves seated exercise does not need to be boring or slow.

A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses will be done standing using a chair/ballet barre for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £4.50 per person
This class incorporates boxing-based movements to improve strength, balance & co-ordination. Designed for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's, or those with early moderate stage Parkinson's.
