A moderaterly placed one hour (ish) social walk which will help improve your fitness and wellbeing. Walking through the magnifcent Redwood Trees then looking at views over East London and the City. Please park at Bedfords car park by Wildlife centre (cafe) where the walk will start from. Parking is free.

This is a lovely walk through and around the Medberry Nature Reserve. We stick to the main paths, but good shoes are always advisable. The walk is mostly flat but the scenary is lovely. We will agree the coffee stop as a group on the day.
Suitable for all levels, these classes cater to individuals with different experience levels and abilities. They focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Options are available both in-person and online.
