We train regularly at all levels from beginner to elite, all ages (6+). We develop our skills in fitness, basketball and socially. We have a good laugh. Our main sessions is Tuesdays from 6:30pm till 9pm, Fridays from 9pm till 10pm. We regularly have junior sessions on Saturdays too. All sessions are held at the LC Swansea, SA1 3ST.

Junior Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL) sessions, specifically designed for young people with physical disabilities, provide a safe and inclusive environment where participants can develop rugby skills, improve fitness, and enjoy the camaraderie of team sports. With modified rules to accommodate different abilities, the sessions focus on skill development, confidence building, and the enjoyment of playing rugby alongside peers.
Instructor led class for learning the aerial arts with aerial hoop. If it’s your first time we recommend our beginner specific class (Tuesday’s 7:45pm).A metal hoop suspended from the ceiling allows you to create shapes, get strong and have fun.Great for core, upper body and all over strength.
