Build full-body strength in a small-group outdoor class using barbells, weights, and timed circuits. This 55-minute session is designed to help you get stronger, improve muscle tone, and gain confidence with lifting — all in the fresh air of Battersea Park. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you’ll get personalised coaching and safe technique guidance, whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Embark on an exciting day filled with engaging activities at the farm. Join us for a unique experience connecting with nature and animals! Our Butterflies Club Staff will lead the activities and support the children throughout the day. This is a structured environment, where children need to be able to follow safety instructions to remain safe during the activities.
