Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches.
A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant tennis skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.

Pilates is an excellent way to improve your core and back muscles. If you have had an injury it is a great way to build back your strength and pain management. Experienced instructor with many years of knowledge in back issues. Join my class for mixed ability and fun!
This class is mainly Chair-Based Yoga, although you are welcome to bring your mat for a more traditional gentle mat-based practice.
