Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise, set to uplifting music in a swimming pool. The resistance of the water makes the workout feel far more intense, while the water cushions you from the impact. Whilst Water Aerobics is a great form of resistance training, it also focuses on aerobic endurance, which can help you build muscle tone, and get fit.
