Dance FIIT is a Dance Fitness class, which lasts an hour. Non-stop music, for a full on cardio party. All routines are broken down within the actual song, so that you can get the hang of them as you go along, so no stopping and starting. We do this because it helps bring a sense of a party and enjoyment, rather than feeling like you are having to learn something.
A mixed ability mat based class, suitable for all. A fun 55 minute class to strengthen, increase flexibility and improve your posture. £32 for 4 weeks.

Join the group for a 45 minute cardio-based walking workout. The aim is to raise your heart rate, so it won't be a leisurely stroll. For folks who want to work on the fundamentals of pole dance and fitness. You will learn transitions, spins, sits and lots of fun conditioning exercises to get you pole strong! Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are!
Kick start the week with our club social run - with pace groups to suit all abilities. Simply book on and choose which group to join when you arrive! A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £4.50 per person
