Everyone is welcome and everyone can achieve! Fun, enjoyable and interesting sessions of non-contact inclusive martial arts, led by Ray Sweeney 8th Dan and 37th Most Influential Coach in the World (Coachseek). While learning martial arts techniques in a fun way, you can also learn a little Japanese language, and the history, philosophy, geography, and culture of martial arts. Ray is a highly experienced inclusion coach and has taught martial arts to more than 11000 disabled and disadvantaged people and educated martial arts instructors to coach them. 2 of Ray's disabled students were trained as coaches became United Kingdom Coach of the Year (UK Coaching) Just come along but call me first on 07446503082. The cost is £5 per session and the includes a karate suit, all belts and gradings , licence and syllabus book. All equipment provided by the coach so there's nothing more to pay!.
