A gentle, accessible Pilates class that will ease your pain and stiffness and help you move more freely for those new to Pilates or who need to take it gently. This is a traditional Pilates class with standing, seated, 4 point, and lying down moves as well as adaptations for those who need it. Gentle yoga course taught in person with British Wheel of Yoga teacher Tamsin Kelly. This class is perfect for someone who is new to yoga or enjoys a slower paced class. The poses can be adapted for people recovering from an injury or who have a limitation. In addition students also have access to pre-recorded yoga classes with Tamsin for home practice.

Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels. Age: 16+
