A chair based workout which is fun all the way. The chair allows a stable support whilst you are doing your class. We are a group of players ranging from complete beginners to club curlers, Paralympians and even world champions!! The club has a 2 hour session most Fridays from October through to March starting at either 11.45am or 12.15pm.
