Beds RCC co-ordinates Wellbeing Walks walk programmes throughout Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough. Our walks are free, fun and friendly – perfect to help you get active and meet new people. If you’d like to take part all you have to do is come along to the start point and make yourself known to one of the trained walk leaders. The Good Boost programme allows you to follow the exercises in the pool and progress at your own pace. It has been built by expert clinicians to reduce pain and improve strength and mobility.

This is a fun and lively chair based Exercise class for Older Adults. Incorporating standing and seated exercises to help improve Stamina, Strength, Balance and Flexibility.
