Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. In addition to our regular lesson slots of 16:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays, we can also deliver lessons on a wider variety of days and times to suit your requirements. For about an hour we will stride out, aiming to cover about 3 miles. This is an exercise session for those used to using their Nordic Walking Poles with the correct technique. Although you may feel your heart beating a bit faster and your breathing a bit deeper, there will be plenty of opportunity to chat with your fellow walkers and take note of the countryside we are walking through.
