Overview
The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. This session is taught for approximately 1 hour. Each class is taught by a qualified and knowledgeable instructor who will be able to answer any questions you might have. You will be able to exercise at your own pace in a positive environment and meet others in your local community who are at a similar ability level. There will be a mixture of seated exercises, with the possible expectation of standing for a short time. Don’t forget to bring some water to stay hydrated and wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are suitable for exercise.Club features
