Fridays 2-4pm weekly friendly table tennis sessions specifically for people with Parkinson's. Accessible venue with ample parking. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a seasoned player. All standards welcome. Structured coaching and social time. Bat and Chat! Tea/ coffee and biscuits provided.
Join in on our social walks on Fridays!! With our trained community team and volunteers with tea and coffee afterwards. Low level flat walks, consisting of 3 routes - short, medium, long depending on walkers abilities.

These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.
An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability, water confidence and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing.
