PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.

Interested parties should initially contact the above. They will then be invited along on a Tuesday evening to see the club and to be introduced to the sport of prone target rifle shooting. Due to the nature of the sport, we have rules and regulations that must be adhered to and so a basic vetting will take place before full club membership can be confirmed.
