Free therapeutic football sessions provided by West London NHS Trust's lived experience hub in collaboration with QPR FC (QPR in the community) - Everyone Active (Active Westminster programme) and Football for All company. We work together to create wellbeing spaces in the community and improve physical and mental health in a fun and inclusive environment.

Love to Move is a British Gymnastics class which is an age and dementia friendly gymnastics session. Specifically designed to get older people moving and functioning better, Love to Move uses foundation gymnastic skills, cognitive stimulation therapy and social interaction activities to achieve this.
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
