Winchester Walking Netball

Walking Netball has evolved from a growing demand for walking sports. This is why in partnership with England Netball, Winchester City Council have launched a Walking Netball session open to any age or fitness level.
Walking Netball is a fantastic activity for those who would like to get back into the game starting gently and gradually building up, aiming to do a little more each session. Those who take part in Walking Netball will also see many benefits such as; lower heart rate, lower blood pressure as well as an improvement in mobility.
