Overview

Our popular Walking Fitness programme. Over 8 weeks you'll be led through a "walk to jog" programme as an introduction to running and fitness. Past members progress onto the couch to 5km courses. Ideal for people who have been thinking about taking up exercise but aren't sure where to start. The cost shown is for the full programme, which is one led session per week. Sessions can last up to an hour. All Sessions are on the playing field, on grass. To succeed we advise you to do 'homework' of a walk two or three times a week in addition to our session.
