This is a complete WALK 2 Run course and suited for anyone that has not run in the past and wants to start running or those coming back from an injury, needing to ease back in to strengthen muscles to prevent injury.This course will be set at a walking pace building up over 8 weeks with homework to get running up to 30 minutes non-stop.
